Rates
Our rates depend on the type of flat or apartment and the duration of your stay (mimum stay = 1 week, except in july, august & december). Please consult us for a rate tailored to your housing problem.
Daily rates (7 - 21 days) : From €45 - €80/day depending on type of flat, duration, number of persons.
Monthly rates : From €750 - €1400/month
Our rates include all common charges such as heating, electricity, hot and cold water, insurance, cable TV, telephone connection, ADSL internet connection, the use of a laundry facility (free) and the building charges. The only additional costs you might have are your outgoing telephone calls (self-registration on the telephone set - Belgacom official tariff)
Visits possible on Tuesdays upon appointment.
Reservation
An advance payment is required in order to secure your booking :
- For a stay of less than a month : The payment of 50% of your stay is required within 2 days after reservation. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
- For stays of 1 month or more : The rent deposit is due within 2 days after reservation (rent deposit €300 or €500 depending on type of flat and the length of your stay). Your first month rent is to be paid at the latest cash upon arrival.

Transfer costs or bank costs are always at the tenants' charge.
Check-in / Check-out times
Our normal check-in and check-out times are as follows : Check-in from 2 PM upon appointment at the Residence. Check-out : at the latest 11 AM.
If you take an early flight and wish to check-in before noon, please make sure to mention this upon reservation. The previous night is then due too.
Allocation of flats
For short stays of less than a month, it is not possible to make a reservation on a specific flat. Allocation of flats is made according to the travel schedule of all our Residents. In any case, your preferences will be taken into considerationwhen flats are allocated (approx. 2 weeks prior to arrival).
Animals
It is not allowed to keep pets/animals in the Residence.
